All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). nustargae reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
Deposits are credited to your nustargae account upon confirmation of receipt. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. nustargae's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
nustargae does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
nustargae reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
Upon termination, any pending withdrawals of legitimately won funds will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon termination for cause.
